I had a really great experience at Next Level Urgent Care today. From the moment I walked in, everything moved quickly and efficiently. I barely had any wait time at all, which I really appreciated.The staff was incredibly kind and professional. The gentleman who drew my blood was very nice and made the process easy and comfortable. Cynthia, the nurse practitioner who saw me, was absolutely amazing. She was professional, attentive, and truly took the time to listen to my concerns. I never felt rushed, and it genuinely felt like she cared about helping me and making sure I was okay. Overall, the entire experience was smooth, quick, and very positive. I’m really grateful for the level of care I received and would definitely recommend this location to others.

Best “doctor” visit I have ever had. Even though I was really feeling bad Jakeera the medical assistant at the front desk made me feel better just by being so friendly and caring. Treated me like I was the only patient they had. So attentive. Same with the tech. Didn’t catch her name but she was so professional and sweet. The provider Helen was very knowledgeable professional and really caring. Took her time to ask questions and also listen and answer my questions. This is definitely my go to urgent care center. I’d recommend them to everyone

I recently visited this urgent care clinic and was extremely impressed with the level of care I received. The front desk staff was friendly, professional and organized. The wait time was really reasonable. Rodrigo, the tech was very friendly, compassionate and made me feel comfortable. The provider -Beverly, was very attentive, friendly and addressed my concerns thoroughly. I truly appreciated the professionalism and kindness of the entire staff and highly recommend this clinic to anyone needing prompt medical attention.

On Saturday May 9, 2026, I came to this clinic to be treated for a work related injury. I had cut my lower forearm with a box cutter which was deeper than I any cut I have had before. When I arrived I was greeted with a warm welcome from Ms.Jakeera. She was very kind and very professional. I was asked how was my day at the time, and when I had a little wait, she kindly told me she will be right there in a minute. They say a first impression is a lasting impression. Well I can say I was very happy with my experience immediately upon entering this facility. As I went to the back to be seen by the nurse practitioner Ms.Melanie, I must say I was greeted with a warm welcome and assured that everything will be ok.
