Immediately upon walking in, Lilli addressed us with great care, and attentiveness. Handed us the necessary information, and we were in a few minutes. We were called in by Brandi, who greeted us, and demonstrated great concern, kindness, and professionalism. Lighthearted humor, and warmth. After she took the vitals, Rosy came into the room, and prompted us with the necessary questions, and exhibited care, and concern. She was very attentive to everything being told, and made sure we understood what was happening. Dr. Fite walked in, and was very professional, but still felt comfortable to ask the necessary questions, and concerns which she addressed promptly, and effectively. We knew we could trust her, and felt comfortable throughout her visit. We concluded our visit, and the team wished us well, and asked us to call should anything be needed. Thank you, ER Katy! You have wonderful a s

I was having chest pains, pain in my upper abdomen. I was taken to a room within 5 minutes of registering. The staff was amazing, so kind, very attentive. They listened! I have never been to such a wonderful ER. Dr Woods is the best! And her nurses are so caring. They explained things that no one ever has. They took time for me. I didn't feel like they were rushing to get me out the door. If you want caring and knowledgeable staff, this is the place to go!

My daughter hurt her nail and it had to come off. The staff was compassionate and caring they handled everything with extreme caution and patience. The front desk clerk was very professional and had a good attitude too.
