My twin sister and I had an excellent experience as first-time patients at this clinic. From the receptionist who patiently helped fix our appointment issues and complete our paperwork, to the nurse who efficiently cared for both of us and explained everything in both English and Spanish, every staff member we interacted with went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Our doctor was friendly, thorough, and took the time to explain the process while making a genuine effort to connect with us as new patients. The entire team was professional, accommodating, and efficient, turning what could have been a stressful first medical visit on our own into a smooth and enjoyable experience. We are very grateful for everyone’s help and will definitely be returning in the future.

As a new patient (2nd visit) this is the best experience I’ve ever had for medical care. From the streamlined check in, efficient & caring nurse, to the comfortable, clean, welcoming environment - definitely five stars! Dr. Chandra Chaudhuri: so Compassionate. Punctual. Great listener. Relaxed. Takes her time to listen and answer questions. Excellent care!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at this clinic. The staff was professional, friendly, and genuinely caring from check-in through my appointment. The providers took time to listen to my concerns, answer my questions, and ensure I understood my treatment plan. The level of care and attention I received made me feel valued as a patient. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking quality healthcare.

Very disappointing billing experience and service. Before my annual physical, I received a bill for over $600 even though I had not even had the appointment yet. I called customer service and was told it would be removed. I then specifically asked how much I would owe after insurance, and the representative confirmed that my cost would be $0. On the day of the appointment, I confirmed again that I did not want any tests or services that were not fully covered by my insurance. Despite confirming the cost multiple times, I received another bill about two weeks after the visit. This is unacceptable. Patients should be clearly informed about any possible out-of-pocket costs before services are performed, especially when they specifically ask in advance.

I visited Kelsey Seybold today at the West Campus on W Grand Parkway, and saw Dr Jaya Peddi. Dr Peddi is a wonderful physician. She spent time with me to make sure I was well taken care of and I appreciate her very much! I will never forget the care and undivided attention she gave to me!
