The absolute worst and I’m not even a customer. I got hit by one of their drivers, talked to the adjuster once, never heard from him again even after multiple calls and messages. Now theyre telling Enterprise they won’t cover my rental but have YET to call ME and speak to me about it. I haven’t even reached 30 days. Now calling their stupid automated AI that absolutely sucks and it hangs up on me? Seriously cant imagine how they treat their actual customers. Ridiculous.

Geico is not loyal to customers. After 14 years as a valued customer, they canceled families policies because they found I was doing gig work delivering food and packages in my car. Do not pick this insurer. I found out two weeks AFTER I lost my coverage that I was uninsured by a letter in the mail. Geico picks profit over people. I was already paying $400 a month for liability only. How much more do you want? Pick another insurer that sticks with its customers, people. The only claims I ever filed for myself were glass damage. I had three minor accidents in 7 years where I was at fault.

Avoid GEICO at All Costs – They’ll Waste Your Time and Leave You With Nothing I am beyond disappointed with GEICO. My car was stolen, and it’s been over two months of nothing but excuses, delays, and empty promises. They’ve dragged me through an endless so-called “investigation” over a straightforward theft claim, and despite providing everything they asked for, they’ve refused to pay a single dime. I’ve asked repeatedly: How long does it take to verify a car was stolen? Every time, I get a vague answer, more stalling, or a new "department" gets involved. GEICO keeps saying they’re “handling it differently” — but what that really means is they’re avoiding responsibility and trying to wear you down until you give up. RUN FAR AWAY! I have been a GEICO customer for over 10 years. They USED to be a great company. Not anymore! Homeowner premium went up from 1200/yr to 5000/yr no notice whatsoever! No explanation and I have had zero claims! EVER! Then about a month prior to that, they cancelled my son’s wheelchair van that we have insured with them since 2019 (now 2025). We Got a letter saying they are canceling my insurance after secretly investigating my vehicle over a year! They say its a commercial vehicle. Yet we don’t have a business, we don’t use the van other than driving my disabled son who is wheelchair dependent. Only way to take him anywhere is with a wheelchair lift. We do nothing else with it. We don’t deliver anything or ride share anywhere. NOTHING! Yet they won’t listen at all. They could not explain why they determined this and they refused to reconsider. We had Homeowners + 4 vehicles
