Blood work was ordered because I was feeling tired and lightheaded. Results were in the portal 2 days later. I have called 3 times asking for my doctor to call me about the results. It has been 3 weeks and not a single phone call or response to my messages. This is unacceptable. I should be refunded for the amount I paid for the doctor visit and bloodwork. This is not okay.

I debated writing this review because it is not something I would normally do. My appointment with NEXS Medical happened about a month ago now. While I was waiting for my visit with Dr. Nguyen, I could hear his entire conversation and diagnosis with another patient in the room next to mine. I assume the walls are thin because of new construction, but I want the office and patients to know I could overhear the entire conversation. I also heard staff talking outside about previous patients and how “the vibes were off” that day. My main issue is with the lab technician. She was incredibly rude. After my appointment, I was waiting on the bench outside the lab. I had already given a urine sample, and she yelled at me from inside the lab to get my attention and told me I needed to pee in another cup. After I asked, “Again?” she seemed confused and went back into the room, and I sat back down

First time patient and we arrived early because I knew we would need to fill out paperwork and provide insurance. We have waited over 90 minutes and still not seen. This is ridiculous with technology today. Receptions are not very friendly or welcoming. Customer service is not a focus which should be as the expectation is patient care. “You are next” and she was not next. Only when asked for my co- pay refund were we called. If looking for a new place I would not recommend this place unless you have all day. No record, no

My experience has been really good since I've been coming to Nexs. I'm called to the back within 10 minutes. The staff is pretty friendly. Dr. Akther is great. She's professional, detailed and has a sharp memory. Dr Akther's assistant, Ms Collins was very nice, helping to set the tone for the visit , which included blood work.

Just did my annual physical exam with Dr. Jiang in her new clinic. Highly recommended service with her wonderful team. Everyone here is so sweet and professional. Dr. Jiang has extensive experience and expertise in family medicine and geriatric care. We are so happy to be under her care for years.
