Had to go to the ER for some chest pain. The ER parking lot is basically non existent due to construction, so I needed to use the garage so that would be my only complaint but I don’t think the staff has much to do with infrastructure expansion. The staff were friendly as well as helpful. The ER doctor was professional and explained my test results in detail and advised me on what l needed to do to prevent another scare like this. I wasn’t admitted thankfully so I can’t attest to anything further then triage, xray and consultation, but I feel like they did a good job.

This is not a hospital!! It’s a barn transformed to medical facility! The worst ER in the nation with absolutely terrible staff! We waited till 3am in the ER waiting for the doctor to come back with the results and when I asked the nurse he was “the doctor will come when he comes!” Unprofessional attitude and simply they don’t care about the well being of the patients! Also the other nurse who was withdrawing blood for tests didn’t come prepared, blended my daughter’s hand, and didn’t bring tray for cleaning!! I never seen anything like this! This shouldn’t be a hospital at all.

I was admitted for a unexpected Appendictis surgery over the weekend and I am very Thankful for Memorial Hermann Hospital. They were quick, very kind. Surgeons Dr. John Harvin and Dr. Oscar Estrada were very experienced. Explained the whole procedure. Excellent job. Anesthesia Doctor and her nurses and her whole team were very explanatory and took care of me inch by inch. Surgery went very smooth and successful. My nurse Amita also did a very good job! Took care of me, answered all my calls. Food was declious, too. Explained post discharge procedures, medications. First time patient here and I am very happy. Recovering very well.

Had the best experience at the ER dept. Even though I was there for 6 hours, I fully expected that with all the other emergencies, checking in, billing, testing, waiting for results, and treatment. Come prepared with headphones, a book, chargers, Etc. Everyone I came in contact with were smiling, had manners, and overall friendly. RN Alison was my new bestie. Thank you for making my day worthwhile!

I had a right side heart cath went through my left wrist and I had no problems went off like clock work. My care was wonderful and I went home the next day and No Pain. My Cardiologist is also fantastic Dr Imran Dar MD.
