My nephew had an injury where he fractured his spine and sternum. He was seen immediately and the entire staff from front desk to the back were extremely helpful, attentive and compassionate. His name was called while we were still at the front desk checking in. He had to be transferred downtown but they made sure he was comfortable and the nurse, doctor and front desk lady all kept checking in and went above and beyond. Would return here anytime, highly recommend.

Excellent care here from start to finish. Front lady was friendly. Got in quickly and into a room in just about 15 minutes. My nurses Elsa and Mila were so proficient and kind, and Dr. Karin was most knowledgeable and had superb bedside care.

I am not satisfied with my experience at the hospital. I felt the service was not well explained, especially regarding the procedures and billing. After my visit, I received a very high bill that I was not expecting and was not clearly explained to me. I hope there will be better communication and transparency with patients in the future.

I scheduled an appointment at this location to see a doctor I had previously been seeing at another office. Since she is no longer working at the other location, I found out she was practicing here and scheduled my visit. After scheduling the appointment, I started receiving reminder calls almost every day. The last call I received was on 2/23/2026 from Valerie, who I later learned works at the front desk. She called and told me the appointment needed to be canceled because they do not schedule appointments that late since the doctor usually leaves earlier. I explained to her that I could not cancel because I had already received multiple reminders confirming the appointment, and none of them mentioned that the doctor would be leaving early. After that, she simply said "okay." When I arrived for my appointment at 4:51 PM, 1 was then told that my appointment had to be rescheduled because

Came here for severe back pain. Took us win quickly . Nurse came in quickly despite shift change. Then doctor came in and ordered a cat scan. Doctor was exceptional. Overall, they resolved the short term issue which is what this is for. I would like to applaud the RN Romeo for an exceptional job and for making my wife laugh and distract her. He is very patient oriented . If you get Romeo, he will be great. Only issue was the wait time after care waking for the ambulance but Romeo took care of that. He was appreciated immensely. He needs to be given a raise .
