Zoe Cade· 5 months agoI love NP, Lynn Roos. She is thorough, takes her time to explain to any questions or concerns. Very personable and very knowledgeable. She puts you at ease. And everyone of the staff are great as well. Left to go to another PCP when there was an issue with tricare. But came back once tricare got their act together.
Nee's life· 2 weeks agoWaiting for a call back on question about my dad's medication that never happen. Patient communication is terrible, Np said she will prescribe a med, then forgot to chart, so now we have to chase her down. Next time, record your conversation in the office or it didn't happen Edit after clinic's response: please put the effort you use for google review to your patient. You have the patient's information, just look up who you havent return the call to and address that
Sherrie McCharen· 4 months agoI started visiting back in March for weight loss medication. I’ve luckily lost 20 lbs. so far and am feeling so much better. All of the nurses are so friendly and welcoming. I’m so happy to be a patient here!
Tung Trinh· 3 months agoI am a patient of this clinic since 2020. Everything is getting worse every year. Fortunately, every year I have came here only 1 time for annual check up. This year I came in March for lab test and till now June no one has call me to discuss about the result . I have checked the test results and find out my cholesterol and diabetes little high. I have tried to call them never pick up the phone and do not return the call after you left the messages. If you are looking for the new clinic or new doctors, sorry I do not think they need more new patients. If you are currently patients as me. Good luck
Pam Elieff· 4 months agoAlexandria Enoch Board Certified Nurse Practitioner was absolutely wonderful. So helpful, patient and answered my questions. Gave me really good advice. Appreciate everything! Highly recommend!!
