Aniq Usman· a month agoWORST EXPERIENCE EVER, INSURANCE SCAM ALERT, STAY AWAY!!! I went to Dr. Martin Taylor for a routine annual physical. What followed has left me extremely concerned about both the care I received and the billing submitted to my insurance. During the physical, several tests were performed without being clearly explained to me as separate services. This included an EKG and approximately 15 minutes with electrodes attached around my neck, shoulders, and chest. The front-desk employee (a Spanish American lady) who took my vitals and performed these measurements led me to believe this was simply part of my annual physical. I was never told I was receiving a separate sleep-related service. My actual face-to-face time with Dr. Taylor was only about 3 minutes. The visit felt rushed, my concerns were not adequately addressed, and I was told I would need another appointment just to discuss routin
Shamara Liddell· 5 months agoI would strongly caution anyone considering Katy Medical Clinic or Dr. Martin Taylor. I went in for elevated blood pressure, and even the medical assistant expressed concern about my readings. However, from the moment Dr. Taylor walked in, I felt judged instead of cared for. Instead of addressing my blood pressure, he repeatedly focused on my medications and insisted—incorrectly—that I had recently filled a prescription. I calmly explained that this was not true. I later verified through my CVS records that the last time it was picked up was 07/2025, not recently as he claimed. Despite this, he continued to argue rather than verify the information, and the conversation kept circling back to my medications instead of my actual medical concern. The interaction felt dismissive and dehumanizing. At that point, I no longer felt comfortable continuing care and chose to leave. What concern
Angela Marie· 7 months agoHorrible experience. Do not go if you are a woman. My first and last experience with Martin Taylor, for some reason the system/wifi was out so I could not get checked in properly. Then he proceeds to do my visit in the lobby IN FRONT OF EVERYONE. Extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. Then as if that weren’t bad enough, he refuses to refill my birth control. Not my allergy medicine, just the birth control. I requested a 3 month supply of birth control as I’ve had no problem receiving that from any other provider. I also travel a lot for work so 3 month supply is needed since I cannot always pick up the Rx. He then proceeds to only fill 1 month and deny my refill requests when I am out or need them because I’m going out of town. Ridiculous letting a man control when I can receive my birth control. Never going back.
Tam Dao· 3 years agoMs Rachael is amazing, she care about your health with all her heart. She took care my parents and helped to fix all their health problem that I worry about them. We all love her. The front desk are nice and helpful too.
Bimbo Bello· 7 months agoMy I’ll mom visited this hospital and came back home feeling very humiliated with the way the doctor spoke to her. I honestly wonder why a physician will address a patient rudely regardless of the situation.
