I had an excellent experience at Innovista Medical Center - Katy. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional. Lucky Inyi, NP, was outstanding. She took the time to listen carefully to all of my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable and cared for throughout my visit. Lucky Inyi is compassionate, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated to her patients. The office was clean, organized, and the entire team provided exceptional service. I highly recommend Innovista Medical Center - Katy, especially Lucky Inyi, NP, to anyone looking for a healthcare provider who genuinely cares about their patients. Thank you for the excellent care!

Hello my name is Tamiko Harris and I had my first visit at the clinic. It’s very clean, pleasant and very nice first desk help. Everyone I came in contact with there were very nice and friendly. Let me tell you how great the doctor I met. She was very professional, caring and she listened to my concerns. I was very impressed with Dr. Inyi Lucky and I will make her my primary doctor forever if she would have me. Keep up the great work. Innovista Medical Center will definitely be where I get my health care from with people who cares.

Wow! Where do I start. Lucky Inyi, FNP Was absolutely amazing. She was patient, she listened, she went above and beyond. I was going through so much this week mentally (which she didn’t know) and she made me laugh from the time I walked in the door and just made me feel like I was human. I sat in my car after my appointment and just cried because I needed her spirit that day. She’s a blessing and I’m glad God blessed me with her. 5 STARS ! The staff is also amazing! Great experience

Lucky was my provider and simply amazing so funny and very caring. Came up with a plan for diabetes and help me pick the right medication. MIO. was so wonderful with helping me schedule my mammogram online. Just a very smooth visit.

My experience with this office has been an absolute disaster. My wife is 35 weeks pregnant, and we need a prior authorization from our insurance for the hospital. The insurance company has clearly stated that our primary doctor must submit the authorization. Every time we call, we are told that it has been sent, but it never is. We have received different and contradictory answers from different people, and nothing ever gets resolved. There is no way to speak directly with the doctor or the office manager. Everything goes through a call center where you speak to a different representative every time you call. They have no access to the information we need, cannot provide any meaningful updates, and there is no case or claim number to track the issue.
