Angela Edgerson· 4 months agoDr Andrew's and her MA are amazing. Very friendly and personable. I didn't feel rushed. The MA is a sweetheart. And Dr. Andrews was a breathe of fresh air! Not to mention Nicholas (phlebotomist). He is a pro. Was able to draw my blood with the first stick😁! Love this clinic. The only negative I had was the front desk clerk. No greeting. No smile. Just dry. Maybe she was having a bad day.
Dawn Thurston· 2 months agoMy doctor is excellent. She is the first primary care doctor that has made me feel safe, seen, and heard in over a decade. This review is not about her medical care. It is about the corporate billing practices of this office. I came in for a covered annual physical. During the appointment, my doctor reviewed my test results and mentioned my CKD. I told her I was not using NSAIDs. I did not schedule a separate problem visit, request additional evaluation, or ask for treatment beyond my annual exam. The office then billed my insurance for an additional office visit with “moderate decision making,” leaving me with a separate $50 copay. Their defense was that I signed a document saying I could be billed if we discussed anything beyond preventive care. But patients do not control what their doctor chooses to discuss during an annual physical. Am I supposed to interrupt my doctor and tell h

Keneaya· 6 months agoDr. Kimberly Andrews-Reynolds is truly amazing. She takes the time to listen and never just tells me what I want to hear she tells me what I need to hear. She’s incredibly informative, sets clear timelines, and makes sure I understand every step of the process. I’m so grateful to have found her and truly feel blessed to be under her care.
Phil Sampy· a week agoThe entire staff at CPC was wonderful. Everyone was very kind and professional. Dr. Reynolds, along with Yoelia Perez, FNP, are both super sharp, detailed , caring and thorough. They answer all of my questions and was very patient with me. I didn't feel like "just another patient" on my visit, but they make each experience individual and personal. She placed a a health goal before me to be involved in the process, and commit to getting better. That's different, and I appreciate her for that. If you're looking for a primary care physician, I would highly recommend Dr. Kimberly Andrews-Reynolds and her wonderful staff at CPC.
