I have nothing bad to say about the girls that work here. However I called them(after trying every number I could find) to get my test results sent to me as I was switching back to my old Dr. that was over 2 weeks ago, I even said that they could either e-mail or mail them to me. I still have not received them. Maybe I will have to find a number for their corporate office.

As a healthcare professional, I am concerned about the standards of care and patient communication at this clinic. I scheduled an appointment specifically for a Pap smear (cervical cytology), an essential preventive screening for cervical cancer. The exam was performed by Dr. Rosy Aragón; however, based on the procedure and the results I received, it appears that only a bacteriological test was performed instead of the cytology that was requested. Accurate cervical cancer screening requires the correct sampling technique and proper laboratory testing. Performing a different test without clearly informing the patient raises serious concerns regarding patient safety, preventive screening standards, and clinical communication. Additionally, when I returned to pick up my results, the medical assistant was not attentive and did not provide clear explanations about the test performed. Patie

I’m very disappointed with my experience at this Clinic . The level of care and attention I received was far below what I expected. Appointments often felt rushed, and I didn’t feel like my concerns were taken seriously or fully addressed. Communication was also an issue. It was difficult to get clear answers about my health, and follow-ups were either delayed or never happened. On top of that, the office staff seemed unorganized, which made scheduling and overall visits frustrating. A primary care provider should make patients feel heard, respected, and cared for, but unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I would not recommend this practice to others looking for reliable and attentive medical care.

I love this Centrum location everyone is so knowledgeable from the front desk staff, doctors and even the young lady that draws my blood. It is so nice to get services done at a clinic where people love their job and care about the patients.

I went in February or March. I was told (by whoever I spoke to when I called the office) that I could get my lab work done there. I go to my appointment, the phlebotomist isn’t there. I got a physical and all of my questions were dismissed. “I’ll send you a referral,” to every question I had. It was like I was a number to them instead of a person establishing care. It was like “get in get out, I have other things to do,” AND! They will not give me my lab results unless I make an appointment with another copay to talk to them about my very normal lab results because of “HIPPA.” I had to call the facility I got my lab work done and they sent it to me with no issue (after verifying my identity and all).
