Problems with under the sink leak. Also needed a new faucet installed. Paul Ramirez was our repair man. He has done repairs before at our home. He is very nice, professional. Gets the job completed, doesn't leave a mess. So happy with his work? Really saved me. Family was coming to stay. So nice to have repairs finished. Katy Plumbing is a great Company . Very professional. Never disappointed with the service. Wish I knew about them when I needed A C repairs done. A different local Co. was overpriced, never on time. A real nightmare. I will always continue to use Katy Plumbing. Thankyou.

Katy Plumbers never fail!!! Always timely, thorough, and professional. Thanks Mr. Marshall and Mr. Adan for your efficient and great work. They even went the extra mile to proactively suggest a water softener service to resolve the issues I have been experiencing. 5 star service!!! If you are in the Katy area and need plumbing assistance they are the best.

I highly recommend Katy Plumbing Co. Heating & Air! Our home is only 8 years old, and recently our AC developed a leaking coil. We initially called another HVAC company, whose technician told us the coil warranty had expired and recommended replacing our entire HVAC system because it used older refrigerant. The estimate was approximately $18,000. Thankfully, I contacted the manufacturer myself. Because I had registered our AC units when we purchased our home in 2018, we actually had a 10-year warranty. Once the warranty was confirmed, the situation changed from an $18,000 system replacement to a warranty coil replacement costing a little over $2,600. We decided to get a second opinion from Katy Plumbing Co. Heating & Air. The tech, Roosevelt, confirmed that we only needed the coil, verified the 10-year warranty, and came out the very next business day to replace it. What impressed us

Had a great experience with the Katy Plumbing Company! Junior provided excellent service — thorough, detail-oriented, and clearly experienced. He made sure the issue was fully resolved before wrapping up, which I really appreciated. Pricing isn’t the cheapest, but they use high-quality materials, so you’re getting what you pay for. Overall very happy with the work and would definitely recommend them.

I used Katy Plumbing for a plumbing repair in my guest bathroom. Preston was the plumber who came out it was very professional and he was very knowledgeable and didn’t pressure me into doing anything that I didn’t want. He did a great job and I recommend him and the company for future work.
