Air Tech of Katy

Very happy with Air Tech, our older home's unit was 20 years old and needed replacement. We were able to get an appointment the same day, our tech Edgar was very helpful in deciding which option would be best for us. We were even able to get the new unit installed same day, Eric, and his team were very thorough and able to complete late into the evening. We can't say how glad we are to have cool air again, thank you!

The two plumbers from Air Tech of Katy who came to my home did an exceptional job. They were prompt, professional, attentive to detail, and took the time to thoroughly explain the work they were performing. They also made sure everything was cleaned up before they left, which was greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, I don’t remember their names, but my last name should help identify the service call. My mother was especially happy with the service they provided, and I wanted to make sure they received the recognition they deserve. Their professionalism, courtesy, and quality of work truly stood out. Thank you for sending such outstanding representatives.

Gilberto G. was 5 Stars! Highly recommend! Service was scheduled within 24-hours, repairs were quick and AC back up and running smooth. Gilberto was informative throughout the entire process, answered all of my questions and provided excellent guidance! I would definitely use their service again if needed.

We have used Met Plumbing multiple times and every time is just as good as the last. They are reasonably priced, efficient, knowledgeable, and always do a great job. We have never had a bad encounter with a technician. Would highly recommend.

Air Tech technician showed up on time. Was courteous. Quickly diagnosed the problem. Had replacement parts in his truck. Fixed the problem within an hour. Job well done. Very satisfied. Will recommend Air Tech to friends and family. Moved forward and signed up for their annual maintenance of our HVAC system,to include plumbing and electrical.
