I do not recommend using this company. For context, I do rent the house. However, I have a written agreement with my 95-year-old landlord and his wife that I am responsible for repairs and simply deduct the cost from rent. I had already discussed the AC issue with him before calling this company and had his approval to move forward. I even provided proof of that. My AC had been out for 2 days. The outside line kept freezing solid. Before calling, I had already replaced the filter, vacuumed the condensate line, cleaned what I could, and let the system thaw out. When I called, I was told they would come out and give me a FREE quote. The technician showed up, turned the AC on after it had thawed, noticed it was blowing cold air at that moment, told my wife it was good now, charged her $100, and left. No repair quote. Mr. Vu is the best A/C technician! We requested a service visit because our A/C was making frequent noises, and we thought there might be an issue with the airflow or condenser. Even in the scorching heat, Mr. Vu arrived with a smile, carefully inspected the entire system, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. He was thorough, professional, patient, and never rushed the inspection. After he finished, we felt completely confident that our A/C had been properly checked and that we understood exactly what was going on. Thank you, Mr. Vu, for your outstanding service. We’ve used BVS for years for our annual PM service for our place in the country. Brad was such a delight to work with each year and was always so trustworthy, we will miss him! Chancey Sharrock stepped in this year and was just as kind, thorough and knowledgeable. He was punctual, thoroughly checked our equipment and provided feedback on the visit. From scheduling, follow-up, and service, BVS has our trust. I highly recommend them.

A/C motor needed to be replaced and BVS did a GREAT job getting it fixed for us as quickly as possible. Everyone I spoke to, in person and over the phone, was very friendly, helpful and professional. Thank you Tyler! 10/10 would recommend

Service person came out and said compressor was dead. He recommended a total replacement due to unit age. Next day salesman came out and gave me quote for $ 17,000 same day I had a second company come out and $200 later he replaced capacitor and system was up and running. I’d never use this company again totally lost my trust!!!!
