Jacob with Mr. Rooter did an outstanding job replacing our two existing gas water heaters with a new Navien tankless system. From the beginning, he was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the options and answer all of my questions without making me feel pressured. The work itself was extremely well done. He removed both old units from the attic, installed the new tankless system, handled the venting, plumbing, condensate setup, and made sure everything was operating properly before he left. The installation was clean, organized, and you could tell he took pride in doing the job right. What impressed me most was Jacob’s communication and attention to detail. He was straightforward about the work, the pricing was fair, and there were no surprises. It’s hard to find someone you feel confident recommending after a major home repair, but I would absolutely recommend Ja

Excellent service and installation of a Water Softener and a Whole House filter. Professional and courteous technician and they worked with my schedule. I highly recommend them, only wish I had called them years ago. And the price was reasonable, I have no complaints, I am so glad I called them, they saved us from a catastrophic event that could have cost a lot of money. Great Job!!!
