I had Chris and Javi from Mr. Potty come out to my home in Fulshear for a plumbing inspection on a shower leak, and the entire experience was outstanding. They were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly inspect the issue while explaining everything clearly. I couldn’t have asked for faster service—they responded quickly and arrived promptly. The service manager I spoke with on the phone was also incredibly helpful and made the scheduling process easy from start to finish. If you’re looking for honest, professional plumbing service, I highly recommend Mr. Potty. Excellent customer service, fast response, and a great team. Five stars all the way!

This is the first time I have used Mr Potty plumbing and I will definitely be a returning customer. Patrick came out and gave an estimate and explained exactly what the work would involve. Shauna called later that day with an estimate - she was even able to save me a few dollars from the original price quoted. Patrick and Robert showed up as scheduled and completed the job efficiently and in a timely manner. The job site was cleaned up at the end - in fact, they probably left it cleaner than they found it! Five stars!

We have used Mr. Potty (formerly Obsta) plumbing for 5+ years. Several of these jobs were larger projects, including the latest job, repairing our main water line. We noticed a leak outside the front of our home in January , called Inframark, and it was determined to be our responsibility for the repair. Mr. Potty came out and replaced the pipe from our water meter to just under the house. We were reassured that any damage to sprinkler pipes would be fixed. Fast forward 6 weeks to when we started using our sprinkler system again and we noticed we had a big leak coming from the exact area where Mr. Potty replaced our main water line. Our lawn guys dug up the yard and took pictures of the entire sprinkler pipe cracked in multiple places. We sent video, invoice, and pictures to the plumber and requested reimbursement for the cost of the repairs. Not only did they refuse to cover any of the

This is the second time we have used Mr. Potty Plumbing, and will now be the only plumbing company we use. I had an issue with a leaking valve from the wall to the toilet. I called afterhours and Paul responded to me quickly and put me on the schedule for the next day right away. Shauna called me the next morning to let me know that Chris was on his way. Chris was great, took a look at the issue and other areas in our home with possible issues. He explained every step, gave me different options with no pressure. Shauna was awesome too. She explained all the pricing options in detail, and was so friendly and nice. Robert came to join Chris and they were great, knocking out all the issues, explaining each step in the process and then rechecking their work before leaving. Paul and team are the friendliest folks I know. I was kept informed through every step in the process of my repair. Paul was kind enough to provide me basic plumbing information that helped me understand the issue with our leak. And it was all done with a smile and a positive attitude. So, if you are ever in need of a Master plumber with a great attitude please call Mr. Potty!
