I can’t say enough great things about Mercy Plumbing! From the moment I called, their team was professional, friendly, and incredibly responsive. They arrived on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, and got everything fixed without any hassle. What really blew me away were the prices — honestly the most affordable I’ve found in the Katy/Sugar Land area, and the quality of work is top-notch. No hidden fees, no surprises — just honest, flat-rate pricing that you can trust. Their technicians are licensed, knowledgeable, and treated my home with total respect. They explained everything they were doing every step of the way. I had a water heater issue and they had it sorted out fast — even on short notice! If you’re looking for a reliable, family-owned plumbing company that genuinely cares about its customers and won’t break the bank, look no further than Mercy Plumbing. They’ve earned a custom

John was great to work with. He arrived on time and fixed my toilet in just a few minutes. He was very honest about pricing and gave me a few repair options based on my budget. He also checked the pressure on my sprinkler system when I brought up the concern. When I decided not to move forward with the repair at the last minute, he put everything back together for me and even gave me some advice on other possible repairs I might need on the sprinkler system. At the end of his visit, he even brought in a large case of water from our porch for us, which was very thoughtful. I really appreciated his professionalism, honesty, and helpful attitude. I highly recommend working with him and will definitely be using him again for any future repairs.

Nathaniel was timely and very helpful. We had our gas line repaired in our kitchen to install a new stove. The prices are fair and best of all he did an amazing job. Give them a call for all your plumbing needs.
