A couple of weeks ago, i noticed my hot water was not working right, and as a new homeowner in Katy i reached out through my home warranty and was connected with a local plumbing company. i was a little nervous after reading some reviews, but once i met oliver and william, along with the crew handling the repair, i felt i was in good hands. They got my call on Thursday, came out Friday to diagnose the water heater problem, and quickly worked with the warranty company to get approval for the plumbing repair early the next week. When the job did not go exactly as planned, they apologized for the inconvenience and returned the next business day to finish the work the right way. After dealing with multiple slab leaks, I chose to have the whole house repiped with PEX to fix the plumbing problem for good. I compared several estimates, and the pricing was very fair, especially since drywall repair was included in the scope of work, which made the process much easier. I am very pleased with the repipe job completed by Clayton, who finished the plumbing work in one day just as promised. William was one of the best plumbers I’ve ever worked with. He was professional, courteous, and took the time to explain everything in simple terms, which really helped me understand the plumbing work being done. He even checked my water heater, looked over the system carefully, and gave helpful advice about service, maintenance, and when replacement might be needed. After the great experience with an earlier toilet repair, I asked for William again when it was time to replace my hot water heater. Shawn really seemed focused on fixing a bad plumbing install that another contractor had left behind. He came out on short notice in Katy to check a problem with our tankless water heater and quickly found the issue. Jalen & Sons Plumbing had the replacement unit set up fast, and the installation work was clean, solid, and done with real skill. He explained the process clearly, made sure everything was connected properly, and left the area neat when the job was done. This service gave me confidence again in a true professional plumber.
