I’ve lived here my whole life, drove by this place forever, never stopped in until today because everybody’s shopping for the freeze that’s coming so I needed to eat before getting bum rushed in line grocery shopping. I had a chicken fajita taco and a beef fajita taco, I was told they complained so I added cilantro, onion, and lettuce. Topped it with the homemade green salsa, flour tortillas, Nice ladies at the window cute set up. The tacos were pretty good. Next time, I’ll try the breakfast that’s how I always test out my taco spots. Decent price, great menu variety and tastes nice and easy, lil your at home.

Man this spot use to be a gem. This was my first time back here in 2 years. The owners need to come back to WORKING this truck. Why is my salsa verde 80% Oil and 20% salsa?? All 5 salsas I received were like this. Fix it please. The owners are great people too but i just hope they understand quality control is important.

Absolutely amazing experience at Taqueria Tex Taco. The food was fresh, flavorful, and honestly some of the best tacos I’ve had in a while. You can tell everything is made with care and quality ingredients. On top of that, the owner is a great person and really takes pride in the business. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for authentic, delicious food and a welcoming atmosphere.

They have the best tacos, a hand washing station, and funny signs. Parking is pretty limited but most people get takeout so it moves quickly. Reasonable prices too! However it gets hot out here they have some outdoor fans but they’re not on much. Luckily they have shaded seating. You wait in line to order and then you get a little puck that buzzes when your order is ready.

This is the best food truck in Katy. Hands down. Nobody else come close. Everything I've had from here is amazing. The breakfast tacos, specifically Randy's Tacos, and the beef fajita quesadilla are the best I've ever had. Other notable items would be the barbacoa torta and the birria burrito. And their green sauce is pure heaven. We go multiple times a week.
