I’ve had a consistently great food experience at Taqueria Tacos El Paiza. The food is always flavorful and fresh—especially the chicken, which is juicy and well-seasoned, and the shrimp, which tastes clean and pairs perfectly together. Everything comes together so well in each dish, whether I order the plate or the burrito. The only inconsistency I’ve noticed is with pricing. I tend to order the same items, but the total can vary from visit to visit, which can be a little confusing. On a positive note, I’ve also had the chance to meet the owner, Eddie, and he is always very kind and welcoming whenever he’s there. Great place to stop by for taco at late night. The spot right at the corner, you can notice easy. Food truck with plenty of space for seating, inside and outside as well. A bit pricey but you get what you pay for. They have plenty of choices. Friendly service, and cozy atmosphere.

The ONLY taco spot in Katy that I’ve come back to multiple times. Idk how many people I’ve told about this spot for the prices and atmosphere. Shoutout to Miss ASHLEY for always holding it down, she’s been the one who has taken majority of my orders and she’s bilingual. THANK YOU!! I can confidently say this place deserves every bit of a 5-star rating. Don’t y’all just love when you can tell that people enjoy what they do? My husband and I just got home from eating from this place. Man, easily a 10/10. It was super chill, the food was great, and the customer service was phenomenal. We asked if their birria meat was chivo or res and the owners nephew went on to explain that it was cachete de res which explained why the meat was so soft and flavorful. You can tell they truly care about their customers and want us to continue coming back. I can’t wait to keep making my back bigger by trying everything from their menu. They also serve complimentary charro beans on the weekends I believe… so BOMB! Such a pleasant experience.
