Burger was legit, and the salad bar is one of the best setups around. Food came out quick, service was solid, and the place just runs right. Easy recommendation if you’re in Katy.

Today was our first visit. We had the Brisket Spud & Chopped brisket sandwich. The brisket was flavorful and delicious but a bit dry. I do prefer a moist brisket but this was a bit too dry for my taste. Had to add plenty of their bbq sauce to compensate. However, I will say the spud was pretty big and loaded with lots of brisket. I got 2 meals out of it.

This was my first time trying this place and let me just say I was disappointed. I ordered brisket moist with Mac and cheese and potato salad. I also ordered some pork ribs. Moist Briscuit was soggy and didn't have much flavor. The meat was tender but it was super soggy and tasted like grill water Pork Ribs were poorly done. First off, they didn't remove the membrane before cooking it and they had relatively zero flavor. Very bland taste. Potato salad has no flavor. It didn't taste like anything, I might of well ate air The Mac and cheese tasted cheap and like it was something I'd eat at a highschool cafeteria. Not good. I had to throw the brisket away it was so bad. I feel sorry for the cow. If you truly love good BBQ, don't go here unless you just old and can't handle complex spices. Otherwise if you like flavor and true taste for authentic BBQ, go somewhere else. This place at b

Great burgers, decent fries, decent prices, and decent sized portions - but below average service. Atmosphere was fine with good music playing, and a few tv screens on the wall. No issues with this place other than the staff didn’t act like they cared they had customers! They couldn’t figure out how to apply rewards on the register, and never once asked how the food was, asked if we needed anything else, nor greeted us on the way in or thanked us on the way out. I don’t know if we will be back based on all of this. Good burger though…

You walk up to a counter and order.....just like all other BBQ places...the difference here is they come by your table and check on you....more than once....nice! My wife enjoyed a plain loaded baked tater, she's on a baked tater kick. I enjoyed a three meat plate with two sides. The moist end sliced brisket was really tender and tasty, the pork ribs were just as good and the jalapeno cheese sausage was very good. The pinto beans and and a half ear of corn hit the ever widening spot. We enjoyed a couple fountain drinks. The person that waited on us asked if we wanted a senior discount.....yes please! I had enough leftovers to have another excellent meal for dinner. The service was amazing.
