Sam Embry· 9 months agoI don’t understand why this place isn’t packed all the time. Y’all are sleeping on a treat! Food is very reasonably priced and delicious! Chips are homemade, salsa is fresh. Y’all these refried beans are the best I have ever had. They are similar to the refried black beans at Merida Mexican Restaurant on Navigation (IYKYK). Servers are friendly and there is a great drink menu and bar. All right in the center of Cinco Ranch. Highly recommend!
Chris Verner· 6 months agoReally not great food. Queso seemed microwaved. Guacamole seemed out of a bag. Rice was really very bland and also seemed out of a bag. Breakfast potatoes seemed out of a bag. I don’t think anything we were served was freshly cooked except for the eggs in the breakfast tacos. If I were to offer a compliment, our server was friendly and attentive; and atmosphere is clean. I would not return or recommend.
Jeremy Clinton· 4 months agoMandito's was a mixed bag, the chips and salsa you get when you sit down were awesome, some of the best chips I've had. Then I got the Mandito's Trio appetizer, there wasn't enough Chicharonnes but the were delicious, the Queso was extremely runny and lacked flavor, the salsa that came with the trio was not good at all, and the Guacamole was delicious. Then I got their Super Grande Burrito that was described as "Texas Sized" and when it came out it was barely bigger than a 5 layer burrito from Taco bell, but it tasted good. Like I said a mixed bag. If I lived in the area maybe I'd go back.
adeline butler· 5 months agoOverall, the food here is good. Service was just okay. We did have to ask our server a couple of time to get some water at the table. The enchiladas suizas are good, but the chicken flautas were a pass for me. They were too dry and lacking flavor. I really liked the refried beans though! They have a great flavor.
jennifer gaspard· 3 months agoHad an amazing experience at Mandito’s! The food and drinks were fantastic, but the real highlight of the night was Morgan behind the bar. Her service was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and she made sure we had everything we needed from start to finish. And if you visit, do yourself a favor and order the Mangonada Margarita. It was absolutely delicious—the perfect balance of sweet, tangy, and refreshing with just the right kick. Easily one of the best margaritas I’ve had in a long time! Great atmosphere, great drinks, and outstanding service from Morgan. Can’t wait to come back!
