I’m done with this location, this is the 3rd time I have ordered here from Uber eats and they ALWAYS mess up my order. I will provide a screenshot of my order. I ordered “hot” and it’s not even hot. I’ve had “hot” from another location. And then I told them sauce on the side and they put the sauce on the wrap. I wanted spicy food. This is freaking annoying. Never ordering from this location again

Food was good. service was good! but, $18 dollar chicken sandwich and fries from a food truck thats dine in and sit down, have the plate brought to your the table territory. The fries were good, i got the 1 tender Sandwhich to cheap out ahould have got the 2 tender BUT the tender is big, the burger it self is big but its mostly bread like the bun is 2 buns. Coleslaw and sauce. Theres cheaper options but its basically $20 a person to eat, cool if you want to sit outdoors they have benches and tables, if you like eating in your ride.

I had a great experience at Clutch City Cluckers! The food was fresh, delicious, and definitely worth it. Amanda was amazing—super friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Her customer service really stood out and made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back! ❤️🐔

Ordering online was super easy, but the website and phone number are incorrect. I was looking everywhere for Wingz Shack and didn’t realize it was actually Clutch City Cluckers until I got my confirmation and called the number listed. That should definitely be clarified. As for the service, Amanda was so sweet and helpful! She was working alone, and you honestly wouldn’t even be able to tell. Thank you for getting everything prepared and making the milkshakes fresh! Great service! ❤️
